Starting from June 2021 Balance Center an NGO with a pool of 44 CEFE Trainers and coaches, involved two trainers from the pool, that have previously participated the Training of Trainers on Micro Business Games (MBG) Virtual Classroom Training (VCT) organized by DSIK Albania, and started the implementation of MBG trainings in Albania.  

Balance Centre is an NGO which aims to promote balanced growth of individuals, groups, and communities by making use of its experienced trainers with broad expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, business improvement, sustainable economic growth, regional and rural development.  Balance Center Trainers during the last years have trained more than 2000 start-ups and existing business all over Albania. They have been delivering entrepreneurship training to women groups, young people and returned migrants, according CEFE methodology and modules.    

Ms. Jetona Myteveli, the executive director of Balance Center expressed her appreciation for the cooperation with DSIK Albania:  

“Balance Center equips individuals, communities, business and organizations with tools, knowledge, connections they need to increase their incomes, and access to financial services, as well. We aim to empower them to make choices and to transform those choices into desired actions and outcomes. We consider DSIK Business Games as e very efficient training tool and we wish that together with our trainers we can deliver it to more and more beneficiaries in our country.” 

Balance Center successfully conducted the first Virtual Micro Business Game to its beneficiaries in Korca city where lately family tourism business is growing.  We hope that our cooperation with Balance Center and with its experienced trainers will ensure more people to acquire financial literacy and skills.
