They will share their experiences on their Savings Game Virtual Classroom Training, organized in November 2020 in Albania and will explain how a virtual training is being conducted, the challenges faced and how they managed these challenges.

Susanne Schuster is an experienced trainer and an active consultant for various banking or finance related topics, a valued facilitator, developing training materials and concepts, most recently also using virtual training delivery methods. In her professional record across the globe, from the Caribbean Sea in the West to Laos in the East, she experienced a variety of political and economic systems as well as diverse socio-cultural and religious environments, sharpening her intercultural competence. Using her broad experience in banking and finance, she started her career as a freelance consultant and trainer within international development cooperation projects and was based in Asia for a couple of years.  Previously she has worked for almost 10 years as a SME- expert in a German Sparkasse.

Stefan Bunte is an expert trainer for different international projects. He works as a trainer for management simulations whereas the focus topics are bank controlling, entrepreneurship, basic training in finance, and management of small farms. He has been a lecturer at numerous universities facilitating seminars in business administration and bank controlling. Previously he has worked for 15 years at a German Sparkasse, starting his professional career in the Sales Department and as a Branch Manager before he  worked as a Manager of the Securities Sector.

The Savings Games Virtual Certification Workshop will be virtually organized by German Sparkassenstiftung Albania on Zoom and will also be Live on its Facebook Page for all interested in the topic.
